Prunus 'Kiku shidare-zakura' (Cheal's Weeping Cherry)

A small, deciduous tree with arching or drooping branches that are clad in great pom-pom clusters of deep pink, many petalled flowers in late spring. The young foliage is slightly bronzed, maturing to a glossy pale green for the summer. On large specimens, the arching or drooping branches can touch the ground.
Height & Spread 4m (13ft), 10-20 years to maturity.
