A bushy, clump-forming, tuberous perennial with toothed, pinnate, purple- to bronze-flushed, dark green leaves and, in summer and autumn, upright stems bearing single, orange flowers with orange-red centres.
Height 1m (3ft), Spread 60cm (2ft), 1-2 years to maturity.
