An upright, bushy, clump-forming, tuberous perennial with toothed, pinnate, dark green leaves and, in summer and autumn, strong, upright stems bearing single, lightly fragrant, star-like, yellow flowers with rolled petals and bright orange or yellow centres.
Height 1m (3ft), Spread 50cm (1.5ft), 1-2 years to maturity.
