A wide branching deciduous small tree or shrub that has an elegant, airy, habit of growth. The maple leaves, have lobes that taper to long fine points and are red, pink and orange shades when they first emerge, before turning to gold and greenish gold shades for summer before changing to golden yellow autumnal tints. These colours make an exotic combination with the red young leaf stems.
