Prunus 'Ukon' (Flowering Cherry)

 

A small, vigorous, spreading, deciduous tree with elliptic, tapered, dark green leaves, bronze when young and turning red-brown in autumn. In mid-spring, pink buds open to semi-double, yellow-flushed, white flowers that are sometimes flushed pink.
Height 8m (26ft), Spread 12m (39ft), 10-20 years to maturity.
