An upright, thorny, deciduous shrub bearing pinnate leaves with ovate, toothed, glossy, dark olive green leaflets and, in summer and autumn, fragrant, double, high-centred, bronze-flushed, orange flowers, darker on the reverse.
Height 1.2m (4ft), Spread 60cm (2ft), 2-5 years to maturity.
