A clump-forming, cormous perennial with upright, sword-shaped, mid- to dark green leaves and, from midsummer to early autumn, arching bearing racemes of yellow-orange flowers, deep orange-red on the reverse.
Height 60cm (2ft), Spread 50cm (1.5ft), 2-5 years to maturity.
