Olearia virgata (Twiggy Tree Daisy)

A large, evergreen shrub with slender, wiry branches bearing linear, dark silvery grey-green leaves, densely white-felted beneath. Clusters of small, fragrant, daisy-like flowers bloom along the branches in summer. It is hardy in all areas, but is particularly useful in coastal regions where it will withstand salt laden winds making it excellent for hedging.
Height & Spread 5m (16ft), 10-20 years to maturity.
