Veronicastrum virginicum f. roseum (Pink Culver's Root)

 

A tall, erect, herbaceous perennial with whorls of lance-shaped, pointed, toothed, dark green leaves and, from midsummer into early autumn, slender, dense, terminal racemes of tubular, pale pink flowers.
Height 1.5m (5ft), Spread 50cm (1.5ft), 2-5 years to maturity.
