A compact, mat- or mound-forming, evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial with small, ovate to oblong, hairy, sometimes toothed, mid- to grey-green leaves and short racemes of four-petalled, bi-colour shaded light blue flowers from mid-spring to early summer.
Height 20cm (8in), Spread 30cm (1ft), 5-10 years to maturity.
