Daboecia cantabrica 'Tinkerbell' (Irish Heath)

 

A compact, spreading, borderline hardy, evergreen shrub, sometimes deciduous in harsh winters, with small, ovate, glossy, mid-green leaves, silver-hairy beneath, and erect racemes of urn-shaped, rose pink flowers from early summer into autumn.
Height 30cm (1ft), Spread 50cm (1.5ft), 5-10 years to maturity.
